This workout will help you equalize your blood pressure, aides in controlling diabetes, stress elimination and relaxation, detoxifies and repairs internal organs, helps digestion, promotes anti-aging process, rejuvenates the entire body, provides cardio and circulation benefits, helps in toning, shaping and building muscle. Bring a thick mat, wear loose clothes and don't eat two hours prior to class.

Joe from JDFitness is the instructor. This class focuses on strengthening the muscles and tendons of the entire body to improve seniors' overall ability to perform and enjoy every day activities. Participants will learn, practice and perform a wide variety of exercise techniques utilizing free weights, resistance bands, isometrics and calisthenics. Working out with resistance of any kind will lead to stronger bones, better flexibility and increased strength that add yet another layer of well being into your life.
