During a difficult year, local food pantries have been an important source of support. If you or someone you know if struggling with food scarcity, please reach out to the organizations listed below. And if you are looking for ways to support these food pantries, please reach out to them directly.

First Assembly of God (Firstworks Freestore)

Dearborn Heights

Pantry is open the 2nd & 4th Fridays of month, 11:00am – 2:00pm
(For December 2020 the only date for food is Dec. 18) No restrictions, but
must show ID.

Hope Lutheran Church (TEFAP)

3640 Madison St.
Dearborn, MI 48124

Food is distributed on 3rd Thursday of month, 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
Must pre-register before first visit, must qualify by income, must show ID.

Bethel Baptist Church

13330 Trenton Rd.
Southgate, MI 48195

Food is distributed on Wednesdays from 12:00pm – 2:45pm and on
Saturdays from 9:00am – 11:45am. Picture ID required. They serve all who
are in need.

Christ the King Lutheran Church

16700 Pennsylvania Rd.
Southgate MI 48195

Food pantry available Thursdays, 3:00pm – 3:45pm. Pull up near
Administration building. Please note they have two locations and food

Salvation Army

Food pantry is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at
10:00 am. They serve Wyandotte and 13 surrounding communities.

Helps on the Way

Drive-up food assistance Thursdays 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Have trunk or
Backseat available for food. Families can only visit 1 time per month.
