The Library Board has ultimate authority and responsibility for governing, controlling, and monitoring the business and affairs of the Taylor Community Library. The purpose of the library is to be an informational, intellectual, cultural, and recreation resource for all persons.
The board consists of five members appointed by the Mayor, with approval of City Council. Board members serve five-year terms, and may be reappointed to additional terms.
