DESCRIPTION:First Dibs\nWant the chance to be the first person to read a new library book? Check out our new program called first dibs! When you walk-in you will sign in and be given a set of sticky notes and a pen. We will have tables assigned by genre that are filled with new books hitting the our shelves soon. You will go around and put a sticky note with your name on each book you would like to read. Our staff will place those books on hold for you at the frequency you would prefer\, and as soon as they are processed and put on our shelves you will begin to receive them first over anyone else who wants them. Every Monday at 6 p.m. come in and start building.  Everyone is welcome to free build.  If you are up for it\, we will provide a challenge or theme for you to make something related to that week’s challenge or theme.
