And that every 2 seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood? Consider donating at our Versiti Blood Center Blood Drive to help ensure patients get the treatment they need and even help save a life. As a thank you\, all attempting donors with a valid\nemail will receive a $25 e-gift card. \nThings to keep in mind when donating: \n\nDonating blood takes about an hour of your time from when you first arrive\nYou will need to show a valid ID\nYou will need to answer a series of health questions before being able to donate (to speed up the process you can download the Versiti Donor App and answer them ahead of time)\nBe sure to wear a loose sleeved or short sleeved shirt as they will need access to the majority of your arm\nMake sure to eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before donating.\n\nAppointments are preferred\, but walk-ins are welcome.
