DESCRIPTION:Somatic Self Care Class*\nJoin us for our second Somatic Self Care Class for a variety of practices to help bring our minds and bodies into alignment. Some practices may include\, but are not limited to: Meditation\, Reiki\, Dance\, Self-Massage\, Grounding\, Adrenal Twists\, Drumming\, Sound Bowls\, Breathwork\, or Chakra work. Yoga will be included and will be taught for all levels. The instructor will offer modications for beginners\, injuries\, and advanced students. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat\, (2) blankets\, a water bottle\, and a journal.
