DESCRIPTION:Marionette Building Workshop\nJoin Alex Thomas and Friends in this immersive experience that invites participants to delve into the enchanting world of puppetry. Under the guidance of experienced puppeteers\, participants will learn the step-by-step process of marionette building. Once the marionettes are complete\, participants will be guided through the art of puppet manipulation and performance. They will learn the proper techniques for controlling the strings\, bringing their marionettes to life with graceful movements and expressive gestures. Through interactive exercises and improvisation\, participants will gain confidence in their puppeteering skills and discover the joy of storytelling through their marionettes. Ages 8 and up\, registration required and begins on June 20th. This yoga class is open to our regular toddler crowd\, plus older siblings and kids and is designed specifically with poses and calming breath work to help kids adjust when they might by overwhelmed\, overstimulated\, or fulllll of energy. We’ll wake up with the sun and some stretches with Ms. Kelly and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. We have 10 yoga mats available to borrow at a first come\, first served basis\, but we encourage you to bring your own.
