Marionette Building Workshop

Join Alex Thomas and Friends in this immersive experience that invites participants to delve into the enchanting world of puppetry. Under the guidance of experienced puppeteers, participants will learn the step-by-step process of marionette building. Once the marionettes are complete, participants will be guided through the art of puppet manipulation and performance. They will learn the proper techniques for controlling the strings, bringing their marionettes to life with graceful movements and expressive gestures. Through interactive exercises and improvisation, participants will gain confidence in their puppeteering skills and discover the joy of storytelling through their marionettes. Ages 8 and up, registration required and begins on June 20th. Call or stop in the library to sign up.

The library will be closed for Summer Fest June 26th – 29th so if you call then, we will not be able to register you.
