Books & Bites is a monthly book club that reads and discusses YA books with adult crossover and Adult books with teen crossover — anyone who is a fan of these genres can attend. Copies of the next book are passed out and checked out at each meeting. You can also get a copy from our front desk and most of the time they are also available on Hoopla or Libby.

This month’s title: “That Time I Got Drunk and Saved A Demon” by Kimberly Lemming

All she wanted to do was live her life in peace. But they say the Goddess has favorites, and if so, Cin is clearly not one of them… After she saves a demon Fallon in a wine-drunk stupor, he drags her along to help kill an evil witch enslaving his people. On the bright side, at least he keeps burning off his shirt!
