Rec Connect for Seniors
Join us for a fun Rec Connect session featuring fun exercises and a healthy snack to boost strength, balance, and connection! We will be utilizing beach balls, resistant bands, hula hoops, and some chair yoga. We will be focusing on chair exercises for all abilities.
