Somatic Self Care Class*
Join us for two Somatic Self Care Classes (Thursday, July 16 and Thursday, August 20) for a variety of practices to help bring our minds and bodies into alignment. Some practices may include, but are not limited to: Meditation, Reiki, Dance, Self-Massage, Grounding, Adrenal Twists, Drumming, Sound Bowls, Breathwork, or Chakra work. Yoga will be included in both classes and will be taught for all levels. The instructor will offer modications for beginners, injuries, and advanced students.
Please bring your own yoga mat, (2) blankets, a water bottle, and a journal. If you need props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, or straps please bring those as well. There will be limited materials available for borrow on a first come basis.
